Natural Sunburn Remedies

For the past month Ollie and I have been taking or daily walks in the morning, around 6am, before the sun comes up. This morning it was pouring so we put our walk off until after my morning class. When we left the house it was cloudy and cooler compared to the weather we've been having. Halfway through our walk the sun came out, it started to get really hot, and I started to think about sunburn. I didn't put on sunscreen when I left the house because I knew I wouldn't be gone that long and I had on a big hat.

Tea to Cure a Cold

Last week I shared the remedies I used to get rid of my sore throat. They worked but the next day I woke up with a cold: stuffy/runny nose, achy body, and a foggy mind. Since I successfully cured my sore throat with Ayurvedic remedies I started the search for some to cure my cold. I found this tea, which I've fallen in love with and will probably drink even when I'm not sick.

Sore Throat Remedy

This morning I woke up with a sore throat, it was so bad I could barely drink water. I'm not sure if it from allergies or the start of a cold. I found a few Ayurvedic remedies instead of turning to throat lozenges which tend to have a lot of sugar in them.
